Your conversations with the Graceful Coaching AI are private and treated with the same confidentiality as a conversation with a practitioner.

What We Collect

When you use Graceful Coaching, we store:

• Your first name and email address
• The content of your session conversations
• Your generated Bio Decode Reports
• Session metadata (date, duration, session number)

We do not collect payment information, location data, or device identifiers beyond what is technically necessary to run the service.

How Your Data is Used

Your data is used exclusively to:

1. Deliver your session report and email it to you
2. Build cumulative session history to improve future conversations (if you return)
3. Allow a practitioner to review your reports (only with your explicit consent)

Your data is never:

• Sold to third parties
• Used to train AI models
• Shared with advertisers
• Used for any purpose beyond the delivery of your coaching service

Data Storage

All session data is stored on secure servers. Conversations are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Your Right to Delete Your Data

If you would like your data deleted, contact Graceful Coaching directly. All session records, reports, and profile information will be permanently removed.

Graceful Coaching is intended for adults (18+). If you are under 18, please speak with a trusted adult before using this service.
