Starting Your Session
Starting a discovery session takes less than a minute. Here's exactly how to do it.
Step 1 — Go to the Start Page
Visit the Graceful Coaching website and click "Begin Discovery" or "Start My Discovery →" from the home page. You can also navigate directly to ?page=start.
Step 2 — Enter Your Name and Email
You will be asked for:

| First name | Your first name — this is how the coach will address you |
| Email address | A valid email — your report will be sent here |
Your email is only used to deliver your session report. You will not receive marketing emails.
Step 3 — Start the Conversation
Click "Start the Conversation →". The AI coach will send an opening message within a few seconds — a warm greeting that sets the context for what's about to happen.
Returning Visitors
If you have visited before, your name may be pre-filled. A banner will appear asking "Continuing as [Name]?" with a "Not you?" option to clear the previous session and start fresh under a different identity.
No Account Needed (For Your First 3 Sessions)
Your first three discovery sessions are completely free and require no account. You simply provide your name and email and the conversation begins.
After three sessions, you will be invited to create an account to continue. Account creation is free.
