Understanding Your Report

Understanding Your Emotional Bio Decode Report

At the end of every session, the Graceful Coaching AI generates a personalised Emotional Bio Decode Report. This is not a generic summary — it is drawn directly from the specific language, patterns, and themes that emerged in your conversation.

What the Report Contains

Emotional Themes

The recurring emotional experiences identified across your answers — the feelings that kept appearing in different forms throughout the session. These are named and described in your own language where possible.

Behavioural Loops

The repetitive patterns of thought or action the coach detected — the cycles that may be keeping you stuck. These are named plainly, without judgment.

Root Conflict

The coach's best assessment of the underlying unresolved conflict driving the patterns. This is framed as an invitation to explore further, not a definitive verdict.

Single Best Next Move

One concrete, specific action you can take right now. Not a list, not a programme — one move. This might be a reflection exercise, a conversation to have, or a book to read.

Practitioner Invitation

If the coach detected signals that suggest you would benefit from working with a human practitioner, it will say so here — along with a link to book a session.

How to Use Your Report

  • Read it slowly. The report is designed to be read once, then set aside and returned to after a day or two. First reactions are often the most telling.
  • Notice what lands. Some parts will feel obvious; some will surprise you. Pay attention to which parts create resistance — that's often where the real material is.
  • Don't over-analyse. The report is a map, not a manual. Use it to orient yourself, not to build a case.
  • Take the single best next move seriously. It was chosen for you, from your session. Give it a genuine try before deciding whether it resonates.

Is the Report Accurate?

The report reflects what the AI coach identified from the information you shared. It is as accurate as what you brought to the session. If a section doesn't resonate, consider whether there is something in that area you didn't quite articulate — or whether the coach missed something. Both are possible.

If you feel the report missed the mark entirely, that is worth noting too. A human practitioner can go much deeper.
