Creating an Account

You can complete up to three free discovery sessions without creating an account. After three sessions, you will be prompted to create a free account to continue.

An account also unlocks richer conversations — the AI coach uses your session history to ask better questions and avoid retreading ground you've already covered.

How to Create an Account

At the end of your third session (or at any time via the prompt in the closing message), you will see a call-to-action to create an account. Follow the link provided and complete the short registration form.

You can also access the account creation flow from the "My Sessions" link in the navigation bar (visible once the system recognises your email from a previous session).

What an Account Gives You

Logging In

To access your account and session history, click "My Sessions" in the navigation bar. Enter your registered email address and follow the login prompt.

Forgot Your Access?

If you can't log in, try starting a fresh session with your original email address. The system will recognise your email and surface your account. Contact Graceful Coaching support if you continue to have trouble.
