Returning for More Sessions
Each discovery session builds on the last. The more sessions you complete, the more context the AI coach has — and the more precise and useful the conversation becomes.
Starting a New Session
To begin a new session:
- Visit the Graceful Coaching website
- Click "Begin Discovery" or navigate to the start page
- Your name may be pre-filled if you've visited before — confirm it's you, or click "Not you?" to start fresh
If you have an account and are logged in, your session history is automatically loaded and the coach will reference relevant themes from previous conversations.
How Session History is Used
The AI coach uses your previous sessions to:
- Avoid repeating questions you've already answered thoroughly
- Track whether themes from earlier sessions have shifted or resolved
- Identify patterns that only become visible across multiple conversations
- Build a cumulative picture of your emotional landscape over time
This is the core value of ongoing sessions — single sessions give you a snapshot; multiple sessions give you a map.
Spacing Your Sessions
There is no required interval between sessions. Many people find value in:
- Weekly sessions during an active period of reflection or change
- Monthly check-ins to track progress on a specific pattern
- On-demand sessions when something significant comes up
You don't need a plan. Come back when you feel ready.
Viewing Past Reports
If you have an account, navigate to "My Sessions" from the top navigation to view your previous session reports and transcripts.
