Receiving Your Report by Email
After your session report is generated, you will see an option to have it sent to your email address.
How to Send Your Report
- After your session ends and the report appears on screen, look for the email prompt card below the report.
- Click the "Send to My Email" button.
- The report will be delivered to the email address you provided when you started the session.
- The button will disappear once the email has been sent successfully, and a confirmation message will appear.
If you don't see the email card, scroll down — it appears below the report content.
What the Email Contains
The email you receive will include:
- The full text of your session report
- Your practitioner's call-to-action and booking link (if applicable)
- A link to create an account and continue your sessions
Email Delivery
The report email is sent immediately. If you don't receive it within a few minutes:
- Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails sometimes land there
- Make sure the email address you entered at the start of the session was correct
- Add
coaching@gracefulcoaching.me(or the address it arrives from) to your contacts to ensure future emails are delivered
Can I Re-Send My Report?
You can re-send your report by starting a new session with the same email address and clicking "Send to My Email" again at the end. If you have an account, your previous session reports are accessible from your My Sessions area.
