Navigating the Admin Tabs
The admin panel is organised into tabs. Each tab manages a specific aspect of the platform. Clicking a tab loads that section — your position is preserved in the URL via the ?tab= parameter so you can bookmark specific sections.
Tab Overview
| Tab | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Provider | Select AI engine (OpenAI or Anthropic) and model |
| Chatbot | Session limits, question caps, free sessions, lead scoring, CTA |
| Prompts | Edit the base practitioner prompt that drives the AI's personality |
| Guardrails | Manage safety and methodology rules |
| KB | Knowledge base articles that inform the AI during sessions |
| CRM | View leads, convert them to clients, manage profiles and notes |
Tab Switching
Click any tab label at the top of the admin panel to switch sections. Some actions (saving, deleting) will return you to the relevant tab automatically after completing.
Success and Error Notices
After any save or delete action, a notice banner appears at the top of the page:
Notices clear when you navigate to another tab or reload the page.
