Free Session Limit

Setting: free_sessions | Range: 0–20 | Default: 3

Controls how many discovery sessions a new visitor can complete before being prompted to create an account.

  • Set to 0 to require account creation before any session
  • Set to 3 (default) for the standard "try before you commit" funnel
  • Set higher if you want more generous free access (e.g. for a promotion)

After a visitor reaches the limit, the system presents the account creation CTA at the start of their next attempt. Existing account holders are not affected by this limit.

Lead Scoring

Setting: enable_lead_scoring | Type: Toggle (on/off)

When enabled, the system runs a background qualifier after each session ends. The qualifier analyses the conversation and assigns a lead score based on:

  • Engagement depth (how fully the client answered questions)
  • Emotional urgency signals detected in the conversation
  • Whether the client has previously booked or expressed interest

Lead scores appear in the CRM tab alongside each lead record as hot, warm, or cold.

CTA Threshold

Setting: cta_threshold | Options: hot or warm

Determines the minimum lead score required before the practitioner booking CTA is displayed at the end of a session.

  • warm — CTA shows to most engaged clients (recommended)
  • hot — CTA shows only to the most highly scored leads (more selective)

Recommendation: Start with warm and observe booking conversion rates. Tighten to hot only if you're receiving too many unqualified booking requests.

Saving These Settings

All chatbot settings are saved together. Go to Admin → Chatbot tab, make your changes, and click Save Chatbot Settings.
